NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION BY THE DESIGNATED ELECTION OFFICIAL FOR THE BONVUE WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the Bonvue Water and Sanitation District, Jefferson County Colorado, that at the close of business on February 28, 2025, there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavit of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6, 2025 is hereby canceled pursuant to section 1-5-208 (1.5), C.R.S.

The following candidates are hereby declared elected: Ed Zimbleman Four-Year Term Cathy Kentner Vacant Four-Year Term Two-Year Term

Water Quality Report

The Environmental Protection Agency requires public water suppliers that serve the same people year-round (community water systems) to provide consumer confidence reports to their customers. These reports are also known as annual water quality reports. This report by Denver Water summarizes information regarding water sources used, any detected contaminants, compliance within the district, as well as educational information.
